We are engaged principally for executive or 'C-level / CXO' assignments though we conduct a wide variety of 'senior' assignments and work that could be considered extremely specialist.  We are equally as adept at sourcing a CEO for a public company as we are a Country Manager for an SME or a CTO for a scaleup.

James Davies – Managing Director and Group CEO

Prior to establishing Beyond Search, James lead a division of another City-based Executive Search firm, Stott and May.  James founded Beyond Search in response to the requirement for a refined approach to executive search that represents value, integrity and absolute excellence in delivery. James is also the Co-Founder of Walker Davies, a scaleup growth specialist. James also volunteers for Young Enterprise as a board member and is the treasurer for Central London.

 

John Doddrell – Non-Executive Director

John is also Chairman of the Board of the charity Happy Child International and a Non-Executive Director of Walker Davies and also runs his own consultancy following a distinguished career of public service. His most recent position (2010-2014) was as Her Majesty`s Consul General in Sao Paulo and Director of UK Trade and Investment in Brazil. Prior to joining Beyond Search, John held a range of senior positions in the UK Government and the private sector, working in areas including trade and investment, arms control, and energy. 

 

Lawrence Hamilton-Stewart – Director

With 14 years experience in Executive Search, Lawrence is a Director at Beyond Search.  Lawrence is currently in the process of developing our ‘leaders forum'. Lawrence also manages our charitable programmes and manages our international partnerships.

 

Daniel Harker – Director

Daniel has over 16 years Executive Search experience and has worked for two of the most established names in the industry in both the U.S.A and U.K prior to joining Beyond Search.  Daniel is currently looking after our clients in the United States and establishing our North American presence.
