James Davies – CEO
Prior to establishing Beyond Search, James lead a division of another City-based Executive Search firm, Stott and May. James founded Beyond Search in response to the requirement for a refined approach to executive search that represents value, integrity and absolute excellence in delivery. James is also the Co-Founder of Walker Davies, a scaleup growth specialist. James also volunteers for Young Enterprise as a board member and is the treasurer for Central London. James is also Founder of a leading International Accelerator for ScaleUp businesses and Non-Executive Director of three companies. James has a qualifying law degree with a minor in business management.
Lawrence Hamilton-Stewart – Director
With 14 years experience in Executive Search, Lawrence is a Director at Beyond Search. Lawrence is currently in the process of developing our ‘leaders forum'. Lawrence also manages our charitable programmes and manages our international partnerships. Lawrence has recently completed a MA in fine-arts and recently completed a walk of the Great Wall of China.
Daniel Harker – DirectoR and head of Delivery
Daniel has over 16 years Executive Search experience and has worked for two of the most established names in the industry in both the U.S.A and U.K prior to joining Beyond Search. Daniel is currently looking after our clients in the United States and establishing our North American presence.
Jason Smart - Chief Revenue Officer
Jason joined the Leadership team in 2018 after overseeing the set up of one of our satellite offices. Jason formerly worked as a Commercial Director and Head of Sales for a well known SME specialist management consultancy. Jason started his career in the technology manufacturing and enjoyed involvement with two (now) public companies during the 90's 'dot-com' boom.
Louise Davenport - CHief Operating Officer
Louise has joined the business during summer 2018 as COO. Louise is pivotal to the successful operation of Beyond Search from a day to day operational perspective. Louise was formerly head of operations for Sansys, the U.S tech scaleup business. Prior to Sansys, Louise was formerly a Director of a commercial law firm and spent her time split between New York and London after starting her career as a Publicist.
